Hardwood is what we love most. We install both solid and engineered floors — oak, maple, walnut, hickory — and finish the trim, transitions, and stairs in-house so the floor reads as one continuous surface.
Local considerations
Queens Park heritage homes frequently have original Douglas fir subfloors in excellent condition — we always assess whether the existing wood is worth saving before recommending a full replacement. Queensborough condos near Columbia Station typically require strata-approved acoustic underlay with IIC documentation.
