Hardwood is what we love most. We install both solid and engineered floors — oak, maple, walnut, hickory — and finish the trim, transitions, and stairs in-house so the floor reads as one continuous surface.
Local considerations
Heritage homes in Strathcona, Mount Pleasant, and Kitsilano often have original fir floors worth saving. We’ll always assess for refinishing before recommending replacement — sometimes a sand-and-stain is the right answer.
