Vinyl & Laminate Flooring in Port Coquitlam
Durable, water-resistant, and very hard to tell from the real thing.
vinyl & laminate flooring, locally
Port Coquitlam is a 10-minute drive from our shop, and we know the city well — from the newer family homes in Citadel Heights to the townhouses along the Poco Trail corridor. It’s a city of well-kept homes where owners take real pride in their renovations.
Modern vinyl plank and laminate look better and last longer than the materials our parents installed. We carry waterproof LVP for kitchens and basements, and quality laminate for bedrooms and rentals where a tougher wear layer matters more than authenticity.
Local considerations
Many Port Coquitlam homes were built in the 1980s and 90s with builder-grade carpet over plywood subfloors — a straightforward swap for hardwood or vinyl plank. Newer townhouse complexes near the West Coast Express station often have strata bylaws requiring acoustic underlayment.
Why this service, here
Waterproof LVP
Spills, pets, and basement leaks are non-events. Click-lock systems install over almost any flat subfloor.
Acoustic-rated underlayment
Required by most strata buildings. We install IIC-rated underlay that meets condo bylaws.
Realistic visuals
Embossed-in-register textures and 8′ planks read like real wood at arm’s length.
